This policy explains what information Apex Event House collects when you buy tickets and how we use it.
What we collect
At checkout we collect your name, email address, and phone number, and — for certain events — an ID number where the organiser requires it. We also record the tickets you purchase.
How we use it
Your details are used to deliver your tickets (email and WhatsApp), to provide entry at the venue, to process refunds where applicable, and to contact you about the specific event you booked. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment data
Card payments are handled by our payment provider on their secure systems. Apex Event House does not receive or store your full card details.
Data retention & your rights
We keep order records for as long as needed to support entry, refunds, and legal requirements. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact support@apexeventhouse.lk.
