These terms govern your use of Apex Event House and the purchase of tickets through our platform. By buying a ticket you agree to these terms.

Tickets & entry

Each ticket admits the number of people stated on it and is valid for a single entry. Tickets are delivered electronically by email and WhatsApp and must be presented (QR code) for scanning at the venue. A ticket may be refused if it has already been scanned or cannot be verified.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; Apex Event House does not store your card details.

Cancellations & changes

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, we will notify ticket holders using the contact details provided at checkout. Refund eligibility in that case is described in our Refund Policy.

Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate email and phone number so your tickets can be delivered, and for keeping your ticket QR code private. Reproduction or resale of tickets may result in refused entry.
