This policy explains when tickets bought through Apex Event House can be refunded. The organiser of each event sets its refund terms; this describes the general approach.

Event cancelled or rescheduled

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are generally entitled to a refund of the ticket price. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket is normally valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, contact us about a refund.

Change of mind

Tickets are generally non-refundable for change of mind once purchased, unless stated otherwise for a specific event.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
